About Grace Healthcare
Grace Healthcare provides outstanding residential care to residents within ten Fair Deal registered facilities across Dublin, Meath, Cork, Cavan & Monaghan.
As part of the Vivalto Vie Group, Grace Healthcare is one of Ireland’s leading nursing home groups. Our mission is to offer residents the highest possible standard of care, ensuring they feel respected and living their best lives as part of a thriving community.
We believe that a caring home is a home connected to it’s community. Most of our residents come from the surrounding area and each of our homes bear the trademark of it’s unique neighbourhood culture, creating places were residents and their families feel they belong.
We operate with empathy and compassion, helping families make this transition as comfortably as possible. Our model of care is always centred on the needs and desires of our residents.
At Grace Healthcare, we work to make sure that our residents have what they need to feel at home and live fulfilling lives.

BRIBERY
Is the act of offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting something of value (such as money, gifts, or favours) to influence the actions of an individual in a position of power, typically in a business or public office setting. In Ireland, bribery is a criminal offence under the Criminal Justice.
(Corruption Offences) Act 2018
CORRUPTION
Refers to dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery but also including abuse of power, nepotism, or fraudulent financial dealings. It undermines public trust and fair decision-making in both public and private sectors.
UNETHICAL CONDUCT
Unethical conduct involves behavior that violates moral or professional principles, even if it is not necessarily illegal. This includes dishonesty, conflicts of interest, discrimination, and any actions that go against ethical codes of conduct in a given profession or organisation.
Bribery, corruption, and unethical conduct are strictly prohibited in all business dealings. No employee, supplier, or business partner may offer, accept, or solicit bribes, kickbacks, or improper incentives. We adhere to all applicable anti-bribery regulations, both in Ireland and the EU.
Business must be conducted fairly, honestly, and in compliance with all relevant laws. Suppliers must uphold ethical labour practices, including fair wages, safe working conditions, and non-discrimination. Confidentiality and data protection must be always maintained. See our privacy notice for more information.
Gifts, entertainment, or hospitality must not influence business decisions or create conflicts of interest. Any gifts or hospitality exchanged must be modest, transparent, and recorded in compliance with company policies. See our Code of Conduct for more information.
Employees and suppliers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may impact their business relationship with Grace Healthcare as soon as you have been made aware of such conflict. All business decisions must prioritise the best interests of Grace Healthcare over personal or financial gain.

We encourage ongoing dialogue to enhance our ethical standards.
Non-compliance with this commitment may result in disciplinary action, contract termination, or legal consequences.
We will conduct regular training and monitoring to ensure continued adherence to these ethical standards.
